Content is delivered exclusively in digital format, through video courses, written materials, and interactive case studies.
The user undertakes to provide accurate information upon registration, not to share access credentials, and to use the content exclusively for personal, non-commercial purposes. Any reproduction, redistribution, or resale of the materials without the written consent of nextaeon is prohibited.
nextaeon guarantees access to the purchased modules for the duration of the active subscription and undertakes to maintain the platform's functionality at reasonable standards. We reserve the right to periodically update course content without prior notice to reflect the latest technological and economic trends.
The information and tools provided are for educational purposes and do not constitute financial or legal advice. nextaeon is not liable for business decisions made based on the materials provided, nor for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of the platform. Our total liability is limited to the value of the subscription paid in the last 12 months.
Payments are made monthly or annually, depending on the chosen plan. Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase, only if no more than 20% of the respective module's content has been accessed. Cancellation of the subscription does not entitle the user to a refund of already invoiced amounts. All prices are clearly displayed before completing the order.
nextaeon reserves the right to suspend or deactivate the access of any user who violates the terms of this agreement, including in cases of fraud, unauthorized account sharing, or abusive use of the platform. The user may request account deletion at any time by contacting the support team.
We reserve the right to unilaterally modify these terms. Any changes will be communicated to users via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after this period constitutes acceptance of the new conditions.
